Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification. 
    • The following item/s are non-returnable: Swimwear, Earrings, Shipping insurance. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear. We encourage you to refer to our size charts and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
    • Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
    • All personalized, name, initial styles, Mystery and Final Sale items and any custom orders are FINAL SALE, thus are non-refundable and are not eligible for returns. This includes items that have a single initial.
    • We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned for a refund, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount unless the item is damaged up arrival or the wrong item is sent. Customers who opt for store credit or exchange will not be responsible for return shipping fee's.
    • Please provide photos as proof if you've received an item(s) that's defective or damaged.  

Please pack your items carefully to prevent any damage during shipping. All returns will undergo an inspection process that takes 5-15 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) before being approved. Once accepted, your refund will be issued either as store credit or to your original payment method. We cannot accept returned items that are damaged (e.g., tangled, scratched, etc.). If the return package does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse it or apply a fee.
